MEET THE COACHES

Sam King, a Northeast Ohio Native, graduated from Brookfield High School in 2005 where he was inducted into the school's Athletic Hall of Fame for his basketball accomplishments. Sam's college basketball career was played at The University of Mount Union where he was the starting Point Guard & led the team in minutes played & assists all 4 years. He was also the Team Captain his junior and senior year. He became Head Assistant Coach upon graduating from Mount Union with his BA in Business Administration. Over the past decade, Sam has become widely known as an expert Skill Enhancement Basketball Trainer for children as young as 18 months old, ranging to players at the collegiate & professional levels. Sam is Head Coach & Owner of Huddle Up Hoops, training all coaches.

Adam Prescott, a Northeast Ohio native, spent two years with the basketball program at Mount Union College before earning his Bachelor's degree in Sports Management (2008). Adam proceeded to enjoy a lengthy career in Athletic Communications for Otterbein University, helping cover/support the journeys of many successful teams, coaches, and student athletes over 16 years. During that run, he obtained his Master's degree in Allied Health Administration while assisting the promotion of many camps and clinics. Adam is coaching in daycares in the Central Ohio market.

Jordan Colvin, a Southeast native, has a degree in Sports Management at Ohio University. Coach Jordan has experience as a former Assistant Basketball Coach for both men's and women's teams at Hocking College. Jordan is coaching in daycares in the Central Ohio market.

Andrea Grimm, a Northeast Ohio native, graduated from Brookfield High School in 2006. Andrea is currently the Varsity Volleyball Coach, former Youth/Middle School Basketball Coach and a volunteer for several youth athletic groups in the community. Andrea is coaching in daycares in the Youngstown, Ohio market.

Jordan Harbison was born & raised in Butler, PA, and played college basketball at Geneva College from 2010 to 2014. He graduated in 2014 with degrees in Business, Sports Management and Sports Coaching. After graduation, Jordan became a skills development coach with "The Scoring Factory" in Pittsburgh working with players at the youth, high school, college and professional level. He also coached and trained professional teams in Europe as well as college and aspiring professional players nationwide. He is coaching evening clinics in our Brookfield, Ohio market.

McKinley Gyurko is gearing up for his final year at The Ohio State University, pursuing a degree in Education. With four years of coaching under his belt, he currently is the Head JV Basketball Coach at Dublin Jerome High School and has been coaching AAU for NOVA Village for three years. McKinley's journey began at Dublin Coffman in 2021, where he played all four years, winning at OCC Championship and earning the title of All OCC Scholar Athlete. He started his coaching journey as JV Assistant Coach at Coffman to taking on the role of head freshman coach at both Granville High School and Dublin Jerome. He is coaching evening clinics in our Dublin, Ohio market.
